Combining academic studies with work-based learning, you’ll earn as you learn and gain a professional qualification

Whilst working on a real life project, you will also study for a Level 6 apprenticeship in Business-to-Business Sales.
This is an apprenticeship degree course, meaning if you complete the course successfully, you’ll receive a degree.
The degree course runs for three years and is a work-based learning degree.
You’ll spend a minimum of 20% of your time learning and studying.

Entry Requirements

GCSE English Language & Maths (grade 4 and above)
A levels or equivalent experience in relevant job role


Developing your skills

As well as contributing to high-quality work, we want you to have the best possible apprenticeship experience. So, throughout your programme, you can look forward to:

  • 20% dedicated study at Leeds University
  • Skills training specific to your department
  • Rotation opportunities to develop your understanding of core business fundamentals
  • In-house training and mentor support

Our recruitment process

We’ve designed our application process to ensure complete transparency. The below shows a typical recruitment and selection process. You’ll be given full details of the process in relation to your own recruitment as appropriate.

01. Online application
You can find out more about the programmes and apply through our online application system. It’s a good idea to take your time when formulating your responses, and double-check everything before submitting it.

02. Telephone interview
We’ll review all applications and if you’re one of the ones who best meets our requirements, we’ll invite you to a telephone interview. This will be a really informal conversation, which will allow you to find out more about the opportunity and for us to find out more about you.

03. Assessment centre
If you do well in the phone interview, we’ll invite you to an assessment centre, this will be a fun and engaging experience (dates to be confirmed but will in June 2024)

04. Offers
Following the assessment centre we will be in a position to offer successful candidates a place on this years’ programme.
