Our team in the Thames Valley are looking to add an IP to their ranks at Director level.
In this role you will, obviously, be an integral element in both the development of the business and the team that support it.
Reporting to the Managing Directors within the Thames Valley (office based in Maidenhead), you will have the following responsibilities:
- provide technical guidance to the team with their caseload whilst advocating their development and growth.
- taking appointments as a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner.
- planning assignments efficiently to meet budgets and recoverability of fees required.
- managing the allocation of work to team members and ensuring deadlines are met.
- demonstrating and growing in-depth technical understanding of different types of insolvency cases.
- promotion and monitoring of statutory compliance and current legislation.
- maintain awareness of all risk related issues and compliance requirements.
